Puddie’s Pork Fried Rice

Warning… This is gonna be GOODe 😉

Puddie’s Pork Fried Rice… YUMMMMMMMO!

Ya start with Puddie’s secret ingredient…

Knorr’s Chicken Fried Rice… I know, I know… our rice is going to have an identity crisis… we are making pork, not chicken.

Anyhoo… Fix according to package directions… mostly. My model will demonstrate…

Colts jersey optional… just sayin’

Most packages call for water and well…um… the rice 😉

Cook ‘er up

Meanwhile grab some thawed Aunt Mary Mary-nade Pork Loin from your freezer 😉

Slice ‘er up

Add 1 T Canola Oil to a skillet

When it is nice and hot, add your piggies 😉

Laugh at your hubby when he makes a smiley face…

Then toss the rest in…

Cook ’em up and set aside.

When your rice is done, toss it in a skillet to cook off the rest of the liquid.

After about 5 minutes, add 1 cup of frozen veggies and cook for another 5 minutes until the veggies are done.

Then make a little well in the middle of your skillet.

And add two eggs.

Scramble them up.

Then mix ‘er up

Then toss in your pork.

And… mix ‘er up again 😉

Ta Dah!

This is WAYYYY better than any take out… just sayin’

Ya might want to order some egg rolls though 😉
Enjoy!

Yummy! I have some Knorr packages in the pantry (got em on sale, you know) but don't have any pork in the freezer…may need to make a run to the store!
