Does this work if you do it on low for 8 hours or so? I work all day so I wouldn’t be able to do 6 hours.

I’m almost ready to serve this. The house smells amazing, and it tastes delicious! Mine only needed about 4:45 on high.

You can always freeze leftovers or use a smaller roast and adjust your time accordingly.
