The other night I needed something impossibly easy to fix and it reminded me of a dish my mama used to make with Bisquick: Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie.
So I googled my way right over to BettyCrocker.com and found myself the recipe.
I thought I’d make a double batch in my new Cuisinart casserole pot… Truth be told this was partially because I wanted to freeze half of it and partially because I wanted to use my new pot… just sayin’
I gave my pot a quick rub with butter then I tossed in some seasoned ground beef.
Then covered with 1 Cup of cheese
Then I combined the rest of the ingredients (see card) in a bowl and poured on top.
Note- I used only egg whites, but wouldn’t advise it… next time the whole egg is going in
Yum! Now Mama always used Velveeta instead of shredded cheese and that is some GOODe stuff right there
