The other day I took my 2 pecks of peaches…
And after mauwin’ down on several and making a couple things, I turned those babies into 72 cups of Peach FREEZE-O-RAMA GOODeness!
I prefer to freeze peaches vs. can them… I think they retain their perfect summer peachy flavor that way.
So after peelin’ and peelin’ and peelin’ some more, I was finally ready to process those babies.
My Super Mommy Secret to fabulous frozen peaches is no real secret at all… it is contained right here in this little bottle of Fruit Fresh.
So I got to slicing up my peaches and used my batter bowl to separate out 8 cups out at a time.
Once I reached 8 cups, I added the Fruit Fresh per the bottle’s instructions and bagged them up.
Now, you could add your sugar in before bagging them, but I prefer to wait to see if I want to add extra sugar depending on the recipe.
