Did little Miss Add get to lick the batters? We always did that when I was a kid. Then I married my husband whose mother always told them they’d get worms and die if they licked the batters. 🙂 Probably not a good idea, but it sure was a fun thing to do while it lasted, and I’ve survived all these years! This cake looks like a definite-make over Christmastime.
