Start out by browning up a pound of ground beef seasoned with Steak Seasoning and Garlic Powder to taste…
I have been diggin’ this Durkee Kansas City Steak Seasoning…

Once your ground beef is browned, drain it and add your BBQ Sloppy Joe sauce…
I couldn’t find BBQ Sloppy Joe sauce, so I used the Bold Manwich sauce instead…
Anyhoo… heat it through, and then add everything else…
A can of green beans- drained
A can of sweet peas- drained
A can of light red kidney beans- drained and rinsed.
And, a can of Minestrone soup
And last but not least… one can of diced tomatoes.
Then pour in 1 1/4 Cups Water
Mix ‘er up and heat through…
Serve up… psst… even better the next day!

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- Steak Seasoning and Garlic Powder
- Can of Sloppy Joe BBQ Sauce
- Green Beans- Drained
- Sweet Peas- Drained
- Light Red Kidney Beans- Drained and Rinsed
- Can Cream of Potato Soup
- Can Minestrone Soup
- Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
- Brown ground beef after seasoning
- Drain
- Add Sloppy Joe Sauce and heat through
- Add remaining ingredients and heat through
