I&#039;ve noticed that since marinading chicken breasts the better part of a day before grilling them, they are SO much more moist than without the marinade. Also, my Thanksgiving turkey was brined for 24 hours before roasting it. Again, it made all the difference...and also that thermometer, so that I didn&#039;t have to worry about it not being done enough! ]]></description>
