I can tell you that I hated every press before this one and I use mine every single day and it has been over a year and hasn’t given me one bit of trouble… I was REALLY skeptical when I ordered it, because I had tried several… but it is by far one of my favorite tools 🙂

As for the garlic press, can you promise that the Pampered Chef one actually works well and doesn’t break? Ive used probably four different, supposedly really good garlic presses and they all either weren’t sharp enough to actually get the garlic pressed, or they simply broke. I resorted to a hand-held small grater which actually does the trick well. Still,, I might invest in a Pampered Chef garlic press for a gift if I was sure it was all it’s supposed to be. 🙂
P.S. You know, the key to this recipe is all that wonderful garlic!!!
