Dear Reader-
Truth be told, I am still reeling from my second Blissdom.
This year was different for me– in a good way– but still as impactful.
And while last year I was spewing “wisdom vomit” everywhere, this year left me more introspective.
There are things I want to say.
Things I want to share.
Things I want to process.
Things I want to change.
Things I want to plan.
But I have to be honest with you… I am just not ready to write any of those posts.
I need some time… time to figure it all out.
Time to put big things in action.
Time to make the little changes that matter most.
In the meantime, I do have something to share (this post would be a little pointless otherwise, huh?
).
The thing I always walk away from when I come away from a conference is stronger relationships…
Some people laugh at the thought of the bonds that can be made over the internet… as if they are less real or somehow less genuine.
However, I have found that relationships forged online have a strong root in the heart– a common thread.
The online space allows us to interact more frequently and engage in a breadth of conversations over time…
I find not only am I daily weaving a great network of support of those I know primarily online…
But our online spaces are also helping us all make stronger connections to those we know and love at home.
Over the last three years, I have watched a local group of friends blossom…
Finding other local friends that we wouldn’t have known otherwise– discovering that Indiana has tons of awesome bloggers (some pictured below and many not.)
While at the same time, finding our place in the vast blogosphere… creating and connecting along the way.
So here’s to you… the friends in my computer…
I heart you gals…
And all that we create together…
