Well I don’t know about you, but Holiday Shopping is in full swing ’round this house.
So, I thought I would put together a little holiday guide of my favorite kitchen items for any of those foodies on your shopping list.

Chef’n Switchit All-Purpose Silicone Spatula: The BEST spatula in the whole wide world… seriously. I paired one of these babies with a Gooseberry Patch Cookbook and Brownie Pan last year for my mom and she has repeatedly told Santa that she wants more of them this year… word is she has been GOODe this year, so we’ll see 😉
The Pot Minder: GOODEness Gracious skeptically tested and approved. I love that this little disk minds the pot for me.
Pan Scrapers: The perfect stocking stuffer if you ask me… I just LOVE these scrapers for pans, pots, stoneware, cast iron and not to mention kitchen counters.
Tapered French Wood Rolling Pin: After trying a lot of different rolling pins, I have found true love with a tapered french pin. Its ease of use and its ability to roll dough very evenly is pretty much unmatched in my book.
Mini Serving Spatula: The handiest little serving tool in the utensil drawer. It is perfect for lifting everything from cookies to lasagna and it is the best little companion to any Brownie Pan.
Brownie Pan: Speaking of Brownie Pans… we LOVE our brownie pans around here… from baking up the perfect blondie or brownie to making mini little loaves of bread, brownie pans make sure you get the perfect bite every time!

Gooseberry Patch Big Book of Home Cooking: I so love this cookbook and it is priced unbelievably low compared to other Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. Check out my review of this gem and order up some for your favorite cook. They will love the depth of recipes this book covers as well as the beautiful photos to match.
Mix N’ Chop: I love, love, LOVE my Mix ‘N Chop. It makes cookin’ up ground beef and sausage a snap and it also comes in handy for tasks like making meatloaf and whipping up a batch of freezer jam.
MicroCooker: The best compliment to a Mix ‘N Chop in my opinion has to be a Microcooker. Take a pound of sausage or ground beef, a microcooker and 6 minutes and you have instant ground meat for your dish. It also cooks up small amounts of pasta very easily. Many a dishes and side dishes have been made in my microcooker.
Silpat Mat: Baking cookies on silpat mats not only saves your cookies with even non-stick cooking, it also saves your pans from the sticky-ickies of cooking sprays.
Pampered Chef Garlic Press: Any cook that cooks with garlic is bound to love this garlic press. Truth be told, before someone shared it with me, I had just given up on garlic presses and did all my minicing by hand… NOT anymore. This thing is the best! LOVE it. Place unpeeled cloves inside and press minced garlic in mere seconds.

3-in-1 Slow Cooker: I bought this slow cooker a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It is so nice to have the perfect size pot for whatever dish I am crockin’ that day.
Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven: My favorite all purpose pot is by far my enamel cast iron casserole. I now use it to cook everything from soups to sauces to one pot meals to casseroles to roasts.
Le Creuset Rectangular Baking Dish: Speaking of favorites… I adore my Le Creuset Bakeware. It bakes so evenly and the dishes come out so beautifully. These babies are definitely an investment, but so far they seem to be money well spent.
So what is on my Christmas list this year?
My one last hope at decent basil this winter… Yeah, I killed my second set too… I am a certified serial herb killer… don’t judge.
I am hoping the AeroGarden Classic Garden will be a fool proof way for redemption and a way to finally grow my herbs until my little heart’s content… I’ll let ya know after Santa drops by 😉

Great list! The Chef’n Switchit All-Purpose Silicone Spatula is my favorite too! I want a few more. And a Blogger gave me a Pan scrapper once for her blog and it’s another one of my favorites!
