Dear Reader-
I am super excited to share with you a great new cookbook from Gooseberry Patch: Hometown Harvest. If you have ever gotten one of their yearly fall books, you know what a treat they are.
I just love fall.
I always have.
And this book is filled with great ways to celebrate the fall season up right– not to mention great personal stories this time of year brings to mind.
And the recipes? Ah-mazing.
This Monkey Bread Cake made out of cinnamon rolls is serious good! Holiday brunch-worthy.
And these Pumpkin Spice Shortbread Cookies just say it is fall with every buttery bite. So. GOODe!
But what fall book would be complete without a chapter dedicated to all things crock pot? Hometown Harvest has you covered with their Slow Cookers Potluck Pleasers chapter.
I have been cooking up a storm from that chapter over on Recipes That Crock!
These Tangy Pineapple Meatballs are a great addition to your typical meatball rotation. Tangy, sweet and savory- yum!
Your family will never believe these Caramel-Pecan Rolls came from a crock pot and you won’t believe how easy they are to throw together.
The surprise dish of the cookbook was this delicious BBQ Chicken Chowdown. Everyone in the family looked at me weird when I served it up, but totally had a different tune when they came back for seconds! Definite winner, winner- chicken dinner!
Last but certainly not least is this Cheesy Bean Dip that is fantastic.
Needless to say, I am a fan of Hometown Harvest… but we all know that I haven’t met a Gooseberry Patch Cookbook that I don’t like 😉 However, there are some that get more use than others and this is definitely one of them.
