101 Cozy Casseroles Giveaway

Dear Reader-

I am oh-so excited about the brand spankin’ new cookbook Gooseberry Patch sent me to review-101 Cozy Casseroles…

Why?

Because as someone who loves the convenience of freezer cooking, so many of these casseroles fit the freezer friendly category so well.

I have made no secret that their Best-Ever Casseroles is one of my all time favorites for this very reason and 101 Cozy Casseroles is a nice companion to my beloved cookbook.

And, the yumminess and convenience doesn’t end there…

The book’s idea for Blue Ribbon Corn Dog Bake made me put the popular Pinterest idea of Corn Dog Muffins a reality and Miss Add is in LOVE.

She has requested these multiple times since we had them as a treat the other day! (Recipe Coming Soon)

The Sweet Corn and Rice Casserole from this book is definitely coming to a freezer near me soon! (Recipe coming soon)

I whipped up a batch for Add’s Graduation dinner and it was a huge hit along side some ribs. It’s combination of cheese, chilies, sweet corn and sweet peppers with a little Mexican influence is a delightful side dish for any potluck .

Another huge hit at the Goode house was the Mom’s Chicken Casserole.

The flavors in this healthy dish just pop and it is oh-so quick to throw together.

Pud took a bite and looked at me like he could not believe how good it was…

It will be a staple in our menu from here on out… it is simply way to easy not to be! (Recipe Coming Soon)

Last but not least of the recipes we have tried so far?

Supreme Pizza Casserole–It should come no shock that as lovers of all thing pizza we were totally all over this recipe.

Add just loved it and I loved that I could work in some enriched pasta…

Now those are just the recipes we have tried so far…

We are looking forward to trying several other recipes like Pork Chop Bake; Green Bean, Ham and Potato Bake; Beef Burgundy; Chicken Asparagus Bake and Mushroom & Barley Bake… to name just a few;)
