If you ever come over to my house and we make you grilled chicken… THIS is the recipe you will be asking for before you leave ;). We have loved it for years. We typically put it on boneless skinless thighs (our favorite) but it is ah-mazing with regular thighs and drumsticks and even chicken breasts (as pictured above).
Best Chicken Marinade Ever
This marinade is easy to throw together and gets stronger the longer it sits. We typically throw it in for 30 minutes or so (because we are last minute like that 😉 but it gets a really nice flavor if you let it marinade over night or at least 4 hours or so.
Regardless how you like it, the trick to any great grilled chicken really is in making sure you don’t overcook (or under cook- blech) it. I wrote a post a while back about how we get the perfect chicken every time here. (Want a hint? It has A LOT to do with this very important piece of kitchen equipment.)

If you have a FoodSaver machine..use it to marinate your chicken in about 5 minutes or so..the marinade replaces the air that is vacunnmed and the entire meat has the flavor!
