I just love a good casserole, don’t you?
And I love them even more when they taste this good and are this easy to throw together 😉
That and well… cheese. Anything topped with cheese has a good chance of winning me over… just sayin’
So this recipe from Gooseberry Patch’s 303 ‘Round the Clock Recipes had my name written all over it!
Cheesy Pork Chop Potato Bake
You start this casserole out by browning seasoned pork chops in oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Then you combine 1/2 cup of the cheese with all the remaining ingredients (including yummy O’brien hash browns that have peppers mixed in), spread the mixture into a greased 9 x13 and top with pork chops. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes and then top with remaining cheese and bake until the cheese is nice and melty.
Fantastic dinner ready and waiting… yum!
