Are you looking for something sweet, yet easy to make? You have got to try (and taste!) this amazing Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Cake!
Holy Moley.
Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Cake
This Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Cake was so easy and fun to make– just like regular monkey bread.
And here is the genius of it all… you use the icing from the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls to ice the cake!
It just drips beautifully off the cake creating an I-have-to-have-a-bite quality about it!
The resulting breakfast (or anytime) cake is nothing less than decadent with the comforting fall flavors of cinnamon and nuts.
Bonus feature? If any part of the cake falls apart when getting it out of the tube pan, just put it back together and add the icing and no one knows the difference! The icing is the perfect yummy solution to making it all stay together.
