I am sharing one of my favorite recipes that we have been making for years.
Many might recognize it as a spin off of the legendary Weight Watchers Pumpkin Mousse that has been passed around meetings for years…
But, when Puddie and I tried this combo for the first time, we have never looked back.
It is a very simple recipe and only 89 calories per 1/2 cup serving… Mmmm, mmm!
You simply start with a 15 oz can of pumpkin along with 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice in your mixer.
Add 1 Cup Skim Milk
And 2 of the small boxes of Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding… now, if SF ain’t your thang, then use the regular…
Mix well and then…
Add in 8 oz container of Cool Whip Free and blend well.
Pour 1/2 cup servings into 8 containers. These containers are my favorite for portion control… LOVE them!
Chill for 2 hours.
And then share the yummy deliciousness!
Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse
Ingredients
- 15 oz Can of Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Small Boxes Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding
- 8 oz Container of Cool Whip Free
Instructions
- Mix together everything except the cool whip until blended well.
- Add in cool whip and blend well.
- Pour 1/2 servings into 8 containers and chill for 2 hours.
