Do you plan your menu out a week or even two in advance?
You are WAY ahead of the James household then! I am not that good…at all!
I was so proud that I actually thought ahead this Sunday and planned out what we were going to have for dinner a full FOUR hours ahead of time!
Sad, but true…I am not a meal planner by nature, so figuring out what we will have for dinner at the end of lunch is a major accomplishment!
But I am more than happy to help you be a meal planner! Maybe by doing so, I can help myself get a little more organized in the kitchen!
A girl can dream right?!
This recipe from Gooseberry Patch’s Super Fast Slow Cooking has three ingredients and is ready in just a few hours, so it is perfect for a weekend for us or maybe if I take a half day and have an afternoon off.
I have a feeling we will be making it again very soon too since Michael repeatedly said the phrases “Man that meat has a good flavor!” and “Good job hunny!” the first time we ate it. 🙂
All you have to do is spray your crockpot with a non-stick spray, combine your Teriyaki marinade and pineapple (with juice) in your crock pot and put your meat in the the mixture. Then cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 hours. Bing, bang, boom… you’re done!
So throw it together, wait a few hours and sit back and enjoy the praise for this delicious dish!
