If you need a super simple crockpot meal, this tried and true 4 ingredient recipe is so good! The results are pork chops in a delicious gravy that is great over rice!
I am back this week with another Tried Again and True series recipe.
I asked my newsletter subscribers what we should try again this week and they overwhelmingly chose our 4 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Chops.
What Did I Change This Time Around
- I didn’t cook it! Ha! I had Mikey throw it on while I was running errands.
- We didn’t change anything… despite a grocery pick up mix up that had one missing can of golden mushroom soup. But we went back to the store and remedied that!
What I Still Love About This Recipe
- I LOVE how easy this recipe is… while Mikey is a pro in the kitchen, he didn’t have to be to help me out with this recipe. This recipe is simple enough to have the non-cooks in your house put it on to cook.
- I also love the gravy in this dish! It is so tasty over rice. It would also be great over mashed potatoes.

Servings: 6 servings
Equipment
- 1 4qt Crock Pot

- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.75 oz can golden mushroom soup
- 10.75 oz can French onion soup
Instructions
- Place your pork chops in the bottom of your 4 quart crock pot.
- Mix together your soups in a medium size bowl and pour over your pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours (when pork is tender, it is done).
Notes
- All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

This is probably my favorite recipe of all time – it’s so simple, but the results are sooooo good! It works with chops or just about any other cut of pork, even chicken thighs, and the gravy is delicious over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes. I usually add a small carton of sliced mushrooms also, to bump up the mushroom presence.
